Drawing A Cursive F

Finding the starting point
The most important step in creating a curvilinear F is to find the perfect starting point. This is the leftmost portion of the letter, and the hardest part. Drawing the middle line
Once you’ve nailed the first curve, the task is much easier and smoother. Move your pen along the top line, making sure that your lines are even and consistent in their length and weight. The middle of the F should take a slight dip just to the left of center, as you will be widening it soon.
Connecting the lines
When the middle line is complete, move onto connecting the two lines together by extending the line on the left and curving it up towards the right. Make sure the two lines meet in a smooth arc and form a fluid curve.
Finishing the F
The last step of drawing a cursive F is the easiest! Connect the two lines together at the top and finish it off by connecting the bottom of the line with a short swooping curve. For added effect, you can add a mini loop after the lower line to finish off the letter – this makes it look more elegant and accentuated. You’ve just drawn a beautiful cursive F!
