How To Draw Anime Eyes Male

Drawing Anime Eyes Male
Anime eyes are slick, attractive, and just plain cool. Mastering the art of drawing a great anime eye featuring a male character is a skill that will take some practice. But with these easy steps, even the novice drawer can create an eye-catching Anime style.
To get started, draw two circles, one inside the other. Give the two circles a subtle almond shape and create the arch, like eyelashes do, at the top of the inner circle – this creates the shape of the eye.
Next, add the iris. Inside the innermost circle, draw a circle again. But this time make it a little bigger, like a semi-circle, with the center slightly off-set to give it a more natural look. For that conventional manga look, you’ll want to use a bright color for the iris.
Once that’s done, it’s time to add the pupil. Draw a smaller circle inside the iris, then shade it in. You’ll want to make the pupil darker and add some “stars” to it for a glowy feel. Remember, Anime eyes are often emotive, so think about the emotion your character is expressing and tailor your pupil accordingly.
Next, draw the eyelashes. Curvy eyelashes give a more natural feel, but you can also create more of a dramatic look by adding more pointed ones. After that, draw a few lashes on the bottom, just to give the eye more definition and make it look more realistic. If you want, you can also draw some eyebrows, firmly pressed against the eyelid, to add extra dimension.
The final step is to add the depth and shading. This part is all up to you. You can play around with different shading styles and strokes to create a variety of textures – from rough and gritty to soft and dreamy. This is a great way to add emotion and character to your Anime eyes.
When you’re done, step back and take a look at your masterpiece. Attractive, emotive, and unique – Your Anime eye is complete!
