How To Draw Pickle Rick

Making Pickle Rick come to life? It sounds like an impossible task! After all, he’s from an alternate universe! But with the right tools and attitude, you can have the creative satisfaction of successfully crafting Pickle Rick out of simple materials. These steps are tried and true, sure to impress your peers and Rick Sanchez alike!

Step 1: Gather Your Supplies. Let’s get to it! Make sure you’ve got a scrap of cardboard, green paint, and vibrant yellow and black markers. Finding the perfect card stock paper or foam will help make that perfect Pickle Rick. You’ll also need a pair of scissors, popsicle stick and googly eyes.

Step 2: Cut Out your Cardboard. Cut the cardboard into a rough circle shape and cut the popsicle stick into two equal pieces to make Pickle Rick’s arms.

Step 3: Paint Your Board. Now comes the fun part – painting! If you don’t have green paint, you can just use markers. Pickle Rick needs to be vividly green, so don’t forget to add a second coat of paint or use a darker shade of marker. After you let it dry completely, you can start detailing your masterpiece!

Step 4: Add Arms and Legs. Once the paint has dried, start arranging your cut-out arms and legs onto the board. Pickle Rick’s legs are really simple, but you can be creative with his arms. Glue them onto the board and let them sit until they’re completely dry.

Step 5: Pencil In Pickle Rick’s Head. Use a pencil to draw a large circle on the head of the cardboard. Pickle Rick’s head should be larger than his body, to make him look like a true Pickle Rick! Next, use a black marker to draw on a face and yellow to complete his signature “hair.”

Step 6: Add the Finishing Touches. Glue the googly eyes onto Pickle Rick’s face and use a black marker to draw on some wrinkles and lines. These will really bring him to life and make him look even more “Pickle Rick”-ish!

Step 7: Wow your Friends. You did it — you now have an adorable and unique Pickle Rick! Show him off to your friends and family, or even take him along to a party. He’ll be the life of the party, guaranteed!

Go ahead and challenge yourself to draw Pickle Rick – you don’t need any fancy tools. Whether you’re a beginner or an expert, you can make Pickle Rick and be proud of your DIY creation!

Step 8: Try New Art Styles. Once you’ve mastered drawing Pickle Rick, there’s no limit to your creativity! Try creating different versions of Pickle Rick – hip-hop Pickle Rick, Pop Art Pickle Rick, or even an abstract version. The possibilities are endless!

Step 9: Experiment with Sculptures. Why stop at art when you can get creative with sculptures? Construct a Pickle Rick out of clay, silk flowers, or even fimo. The only limit is your imagination!

Step 10: Add Seasoning. Once you’ve created your Pickle Rick masterpiece, you’ve gotta take it to the next level. Give Pickle Rick some flair with some glitter and sequins, pom poms, or even googly eyes. The possibilities are virtually endless.
