How To Draw Uraraka
Do you have a passion for art and drawing? Well, drawing your own version of Uraraka just got a whole lot easier! With this easy-to follow guide, you can draw your own version of the beloved battle-ready hero in no time. Let’s get started!
1. Start with the Head: Before you can start drawing Uraraka, you’ll need to take a few minutes to sketch out her head. Draw a circle for the face and two almond-shaped eyes for the eyes. Make sure to draw the eyes with thick eyelashes! Once you have the face complete, connect the eyes and nose to create the shape of the face. Don’t worry too much about the detail of the face, Uraraka’s head is quite unique so focus on getting the basic shape of the head down correctly first.
2. Draw the Jaw and Neck: Then you can move onto the jaw and neck. Start by drawing a curved line at the bottom of the face in an angled direction. This will be the jawline of Uraraka. Then draw two lines that connect the chin to the forehead to create the neck. Once you have these lines drawn in, take some time to make sure you get the neck and jaw shape right. Once these are complete, you can draw in the ears.
3. Create the Face: Now that you have the basic shape down, it’s time to start making her look like Uraraka. Start by drawing an oval around the eyes and nose that slightly overlaps the jawline. This will give Uraraka a nice defined chin. Also draw a curved line from the middle of her eyebrows to her chin. This will give her the signature “pig nose” that Uraraka often has. Finally, draw a curved line above the eyes for the eyebrows. Make sure to get the arch of the eyebrow right as it will really help to bring out her character’s personality.
4. Draw the Arms and Hair: From there, you can start to make Uraraka even more recognizable by drawing the arms. Start by drawing a curved line from the shoulder down to the chest. Then draw a line from the elbow down the arm. When you are done, make sure the arms are proportional to her body. Once you have the arms drawn, you can draw Uraraka’s iconic spiky hair. Start by drawing a few curved lines for the mid-length hair, then draw in the short spikes on the sides. Make sure to draw the spikes in varying lengths to give them a more natural look.
5. Finish with the Outfit: Finally, you are ready to draw her outfit. Start with the cape. Drawing the cape with a few curved lines will give the cape a nice flowy look. Then draw the straps that go around her shoulders. Once you have that done, draw the top part of her costume which will usually have an asymmetrical design. Lastly, draw in the belt on her waist and the straps on her boots. Once you have everything drawn in, you’re done! Your drawing of Uraraka is now complete.
