Shaping the brows is a challenging but important beauty step that can instantly change a look for the better, and can bring symmetry to the face. Drawing a perfect eyebrow, however, is not something that comes naturally and requires practice to perfect. Here’s how to draw a perfect eyebrow:
Step 1: Pluck
The first step in drawing a perfect eyebrow is to prep the brows by tweezing out any excess and stray hairs. Pluck any hairs that aren’t part of the brow shape and get rid of any sparseness by filling in the gaps. Be sure to hold the skin taut as you pluck, which will make plucking easier and prevent any unnecessary pulling.
Step 2: Shave
The second step is to use a brow razor to clean up the shape. A brow razor will shave off a very thin layer of hair and the results aren’t permanent. This is the best way to achieve a clean and polished look without the fear of over-plucking.
Step 3: Fill
The third step is to fill in any sparse areas with a brow gel or eyebrow pencil. Choose a shade that matches your natural hair (or brow color) as close as possible and make sure it’s a waterproof formula that won’t fade away throughout the day.
